hi,
glibc's linuxthreads uses modify_ldt() for i686
optimized version, and
this
caused core dump for the program that uses vm86()
(such as dosemu,
wine...).
if normal (unoptimized) version of pthread is used,
then everything
works
fine.
attached with a testing program shows this program.
