A fine idea, but "a way to report suspected copyright infringment" has a
very ominous ring to it.  Everything2.com could be a guide here.  The
motto of this admittedly crap filled wiki is "Cut and paste writeups must
die.", but actual IP management is left up to the holders of the
property.  If a copyright is infringed on e2, the copyright holder is
expected to defend his/her copyright.  Usually this is as simple as
emailing the administrator of e2 and pointing out the violation.  Obvious
violations are struck from e2 by the editors, but e2 users are given the
benefit of the doubt.

In essence leave it up to the copyright holder to do the Google search.
