I think the best one there is Cognitio.   First person
singular of 'To Understand' - ie 'i understand'

Yes i know latin, but im afraid it doesnt really work
like something similar to german where you can stick
words together to make a new conglomorated word.  
Latin actually had quite a defined Vocabulary.
