[Bug-gnupedia]Solution to format issue

Nupedia makes every effort to make things easy for authors, who may or
may not be very software-sophisticated.  If someone needs to send us 
something in Word .doc format, we will take it and fix it up for them.
We don't ever intend to publish non-free formats, but we will accept them.

Articles which are submitted to Nupedia, and which are in the review
process, are made available under the GNU FDL.

So, GNE can just take the articles from Nupedia's submission queue after
we reformat them.
