[Bug-gne]Where is GNE?

You either correspond on the list, off the list, but not both.

Anyway.

I am wondering what is happening to GNE.

Has it been abandoned?

Did it revert back to an embryonic stage in someone's brain, to be mulched 
some more?

Is there real development that's being made and not reported here?

Is it just "on hold" until further notice?

Just wondering if I should just wait for GNE to be slashdotted again before 
checking back...
