And a problem acknolwedged is better than one avoided
in this case IMO. Are we just going to give up on a
great project because we might encounter problems? And
I doubt we'd ever get that big a court case that could
destroy GNE. Even if there was a big court case, it
would only get us publicity and acknowledgement. And
we wouldn't let it get that far. If we hosted pro-Nazi
material, and a group in France wanted us to take it
down, they'd have to notify us of legal matters etc.
before we actually got to court... we could just
settle by taking it off, unless we wanted to keep it.
