[Bug-gne]Design

On the note of people starting writing the code for
their various ideas, we need to start thinking about
the classification system:

1) How will you select articles? We couldn't expect
people to select each one individually could we?
Because unless people start now, and have a full
committment, it would be an asoundingly daunting task.

2) How will each frontend be hosted? On GNE servers,
or will we let people host them themselves? (I
personally am against the latter for persistance and
policy-maintenance reasons).

3) How will each frontend be linked? I assume on the
front page there will be a link to "Access Points" or
something similar, where there will be a list. But
what if that list is very large? Should we ask people
to fill in a questionnaire before they create a
frontend so we know it will be "worthwhile" (a tricky
distinction again!), so the list isn't full of bloat?

4) Where will the frontend indexes be stored? I would
assume in a mySQL database, but that could be huge
eventually. And I guess it would link to UIDs in the
same/another database.

We will need to create a very powerful (but simple to
use) and robust system by which people can create
classification systems, add articles, remove them
later, and present them as they/we would wish.
