Summary:  bogus archives don't have their name reported as uninitialised memory

Original Submission:  If you do
tla register-archive address@hidden /tmp
tla abrowse address@hidden

Then (presuming /tmp isn't a valid archive), you'll get an
error.  But the error report doesn't report the archive
name correctly---it references an uninitialised field in the
archive structure.
