Here's a few minor changes I've made over the past couple of weeks.

Nothing really exciting, but they've been handy for me.

          give tree-lint some options to only print a subset of errors

          add a -L (log text) option to `import'

          `tla buildcfg configs/foo' looks for ./configs/foo if ./configs/c=

onfigs/foo doesn't exist

          (really) sync up with tom
