Summary:  accept an ARCHIVE argument to library-categories

Original Submission:  I figure library-categories should probably accept an 
optional archive argument, now that categories does.



Note that I made this change by mimicking the changes you made in patch-88, so 
I don't fully understand the purpose of some of the lines I added ;-)



I also noticed that in cmd-categories.c, you set default_archive to 0 twice at 
the beginning of the function, so I removed the second assignment.



The attached changeset is against patch-127.
