This can be worked around by touching a file called "http-blows" in the 
=meta-info directory of your mirror tree, then running "tla archive-fixup".  
archive-mirror will keep it updated in the future.

Summary:  Can only set the ".listing" flag at creation

Original Submission:  Seems I can only set the --listing flag to make-archive 
and can't set or reset it later. This is nasty if I want to start providing an 
existing archive on a server through http as well. State like that should be 
settable at any time.
