[Bug-gnu-arch] default-tag --set missing

Unless i'm really misstaken, there is no way to set one
of the default-tag parameters. The tutorial mentiones
a --set parameter for explicit-default, which seems
to be renamed to default-tag. But default-tag has
no such parameter and i couldn't find any way to
set it.

I attached a patch which fixes that.

If this is not the correct way, and there is
a way to set the default-tag parameters, please
let me know.
