Summary:  tla update-config would be nice

Original Submission:  There have been various shell scripts floating around 
which call tla update on each config entry. I always wondered why tla proper 
doesn't have a command like this.



So I've gone and implemented it - after syncing with my mirror, it can be 
pulled from address@hidden/tla--devo--1.1--patch-1
