Summary: Add --summary option to import subcommand
Original Submission: This adds a --summary option to import, similar to the
same option in commit (and the same behavior when combined with -L).
The short-option used for --summary is `-s', so the short-option for --setup
has been renamed to `-S' (many commands, including commit, use `-s' for
--summary, so this seemed the best way to resolve the conflict).
