Summary:  sparse revisions library

Original Submission:  Instead of building recursively back all the revisions, 
build only the requested revision and link it to the closest ancestor.

To make sparse revisions more flexible, a way to store them in different paths 
was discussed and, hopefully, now implemented.

All the library commands will have a -d --dir option to specify where to 
store/fins the revisions.

This patch implements it:
