Summary: dav abs_path function needs to handle NULL cwd

Original Submission: Valgrind gives the following:

<walters> ==2636== Invalid write of size 1

<walters> ==2636==    at 0x40021F07: strcpy (mac_replace_strmem.c:174)

<walters> ==2636==    by 0x8099D8F: dirfold (pfs-dav.c:764)

<walters> ==2636==    by 0x8099C63: abs_path (pfs-dav.c:731)

<walters> ==2636==    by 0x8098EAB: pfs_file_contents (pfs-dav.c:265)

<walters> ==2636==    Address 0x4142957E is 0 bytes after a block of size 18
alloc'd

This is due to the dirfold function walking over a non-prefixed path. I've
fixed this in my archive in patch-46.
