Summary: fix arch_latest_undo_changeset (affects tla undo/redo)

Original Submission: Hi,

arch_undo_latest_changeset doesn't make use of `latest_n' as it has been

intended. This results in reporting the last ,,undo-* name of the list

of files as the latest. If the directory is not sorted, this might be

wrong, and "tla undo" would fail, since the directory to be created

already existed. Similarly, "tla redo" could restore a changeset

different from the latest.

This patch sets latest_n to the current maximum, this_n.
