Summary:  tla delta lacks a --report option.

Original Submission:  There are 3 ways to show a changeset :

* A directory on disk
* the output of "tla changes --diffs"
* the output of "tla changes"

tla delta is able to produce the 2 first ones, but this would be both easy and 
usefull to have an option enabling the 3rd one.

This would I think make "tla delta" a superset of both "tla changes" and "tla 
get-changeset".
