Summary:  tla add of junk files causes problems.

Original Submission:  I did a tla add using a 'find' only to find out that I 
could not tla import later. I got the message that files were added that should 
not be committed.

I had to tla delete the file in order to be able to commit.

I suggest to either not allowing the file not to be added without an '-force' 
option or simply allow it to be committed since I expecitly added it.  I don't 
like it when a tool tries to know better then I do...

A similar problem occurs when trying to maintain a
web tree:
