Details:

When backed by a FAT32 file system, `tla import` gave the following error:

Error during call to `vu_chmod' for
/mnt/storage/Development/Project/project/,,address@hidden/project--mainline--0.1--base-0/./.arch-ids
(Operation not permitted)
PANIC: I/O error

I assume this is due to not being able to set some permissions it wants to
set. Let me know if more details are required (my first day with arch!).
