Alias changes

I've just been informed the non-standard aliases on
bug-gnu-chess and info-gnu-chess have just been removed as
requested.

It is noted for bug-gnu-chess readers that messages to
info-gnu-chess will no longer be forewarded to bug-gnu-chess.
You may like to update your subscription details, or subscribe
to the gnu.chess newsgroup. We can easily subscribe the whole
list if people prefer, but I think it is better to let people
decide on and manage their own mailing lists subscriptions, so
they can say get bugs in a digest format, and info individually
or whatever suits them.

If you are stuck or think mail is missing let me know.

Mostly this change should just reduce the amount of SPAM the
four or five people on the alias list were getting (and get rid
of the bounce messages for address@hidden).

 Simon

PS: Subject to a successful Linux build/test (Cygwin tested),
I'll release GNU Chess 5.04 tonight or tomorrow.
