Email addy for Samaritans out-of-date

In GNU Emacs 20.7.4 (i386-unknown-freebsdelf4.0, X toolkit)
 of Tue Aug  8 2000 on detlev.piqnet.org
configured using `configure  --with-pop --with-iouid --with-gcc'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

M-x doctor (lisp/play/doctor.el) has a routine to mention the
Samaritans if the user discusses suicide.  However, the anonymous
email address is out-of-date.  The correct address is
samaritans@anon.twwells.com instead.

In today's web-based world, we may also want to include the
Befrienders International, a network of suicide crisis centers.  The
homepage is at http://www.befrienders.org/ and lists voice numbers for
crisis centers worldwide.  (Samaritans is a UK center which provides
the English-language email services for Befrienders International, as
well as 24-hour phone lines in Ireland.)
