When doing an incremental search (C-s), we can "Type C-w to yank word
from buffer onto end of search string and search for it."
It would be nice if when filing in the strings for
query-replace[-regexp], this feature were also available.
Currently there is the variable query-replace-interactive but this
seems not too handy a feature and also has not made it into the Info
docs yet, only *Help* mentions it.
Hmm, why only fix it for search and query-replace? How about for any
minibuffer fill-in-the-answer situation, a general feature to pull
words into the minibuffer from where the cursor used to be on the main
screen?
