I don't know if this is a bug, (or at least an emacs bug), but I
think that emacs should be perfect in its version 20,
so.... Please scuse me if this is not a real bug, but my
"linux-morality" command me to do this.

Reporting anything that seems like a flaw is definitely a good idea,
and thank you for the report. But this principle, like the Free
Software community, is much older than Linux. It is a misnomer
to call this a Linux "principle", just as it is a misnomer to
call the whole operating system "Linux".

Please think of it as Free Software morality.

The problem you reported is clearly a real bug. No lesser word
will fit. Perhaps you can get some useful information by typing
C-h l when the problem is happening. Do these characters appear
in C-h l the same way they do when there is no problem?

You can also try typing M-: (read-key-sequence "foo") RET á, both when
the problem is happening and in normal circumstances, and show both
results.

If the results are the same, suppose they are "á", then you try M-:
(key-binding "á") RET, both when the problem is happening and in
normal circumstances.
