This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not
have
translators to read other languages for them.
In GNU Emacs 20.7.1 (i386-*-windows98.1998)
of Tue Jun 13 2000 on buffy
configured using `configure NT'
Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
I got the message that a file I tried to recover, creature.c is not
"current". My machine crashed, and I know it is current. There was
about an hours work in that file, and when I tried to recover it, this
program even deleted the file #creature.c" when it decided it was
not
current. That's not very nice.
I suppose this has to have something to do with windows not managing
it's files dates properly, but I still think this program shouldn't
just have deleted the autosave with no confirmation.
