The advice should be to use Mule-UCS iff that is what you need. I,
for once, rarely use it -- not that there's anything wrong with it
apart from the fact it clobbers data it can't represent and is quite
large.

You can't, unless someone has added that recently. (It's not
difficult where the facility exists.)
