In GNU Emacs 21.1.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
of 2001-10-22 on tux
configured using `configure --prefix=/gnu'
dired-x mustn't clutter mode-lines with "Omit", please. Maybe, it
should be allowed to add this info to mode-lines of dired buffers only.
