Compilation mode for Perl fix

In Gnu EMACS 20.7.1, in compile.el, when verifying perl scripts with -w, the
messages that end in . are not recognized. This patch fixes this problem.
(Patch typed in by hand, may not work. 

Only change is 

),"   becomes )[,\.]"
