According to doc the variable focus-follows-mouse should reflect the
mouse-focus setting of the window system. Im unable to get this
behaviour.
No, it's the other way around--you are supposed to set it to tell
Emacs how the window manager behaves. But the doc string did not say
that. I have clarified it now.
