can't use --full-time as a dired ls switch

Can't use --full-time as a dired ls switch, even with -D ("generate
output designed for Emacs' dired mode").  Get "no file on this line"
when trying to select files from a listing so produced.

Hurmf, I wanted a ls -lt diredable listing with granularity finer than one
minute.  Hurmf.

P.S. be prepared for locale special non ASCII versions of days of the
week and months, etc. if you are planning to implement this.

P.P.S. please send any fixes, hacks, implementations, etc. directly to
the FSF as my brain is marshmallows, and it would be a waste to send
them to me.
