Mmmmm, I thought to myself, distastefully, I only want to operate on
the lines in my buffer containing "bipimifivi". I just wish, mmm,
wish all the other lines could just go away temporarily so i could get
my thoughts collected. Wait, what's that "Narrowing" stuff sitting in
the bottle with the child proof cap [disabled command] for all these
20 years that I have yet to try, Alice [in Wonderland] said. Is it
time to get Narrow?
Hurmf, it seems that the Narrowing stuff, from its Info page, only
deals with one monolithic region, sniff.
Yes, there are lots of lesser things I could use, but none so
attractive like temporarily squeezing out the disparate uninteresting
lines, doing my editing, then accordion style, expanding the file so
all the uninteresting lines reappear, no matter in how many chunks
they might be.
