If you're using Emacs 21.1 or later, it should automatically detect
that your grep supports the `-H' option (to force filenames), and use
that instead of appending /dev/null.
If it's not doing that, then it's a bug, so report it with all the
necessary info (emacs version, grep version, etc).
BTW, didn't I tell you all this the last time you complained about grep?
