When we use Help, C-h m or whatever, the window is split and our
cursor is left in the original window. More often than not, I find
myself having to do C-x o to go over to the help window to do all the
things one might want to do there.
I bet there's no variable to control:
-- whether you want the cursor to jump to the *Help* buffer upon
calling help.
-- whether you want the whole darn *Help* screen to become the one
total screen. M-x man has implemented these finer aspects. C-h
should copy these abilities from M-x man.
