Bugs in "Send Bug Report" command |

This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.
I have 2 gripes:
1) Why is the paragraph above included in the mail to the maintainers?
Its not directed to them. Browsing gnu.emacs.bug newsgroup, this
paragraph is visible in every other bug report, and that looks kind
of silly and waste bandwidth. I suggest that the message is
redirected to a help buffer instead.
2) I sent a bug report last week with the built in "Send Bug Report"
command. I never saw it again, neither in email respons nor in
gnu.emacs.bug news. Neither could I find it in a "sent-mail"
directory of some kind. Thus today I had to retype the whole thing
from scratch in a second attempt. Having been accustomed for
decades that emacs normally always takes pride in elaborate schemes
to preserve all user-input, I was surprised to find no safety net
in this case (if my conclusion hold). I suggest that as default in
a bug report mail buffer, a CC is made to (user-login-name) which I
believe on most Unix machines will make it to the standard unix
mailbox pertaining to each user.
