This is not an Emacs bug, but a limitation of the version of pkunzip that
you have installed: I'm guessing that pkunzip doesn't support long file
names (probably because it's a DOS executable).
To solve it, either install a Windows version of pkunzip, or, better yet,
install InfoZip's Unzip, and set the variable archive-zip-use-pkzip to nil.
