ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Jun 18, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- IDMedical.com, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: IDMD), today announces that it has raised $500,000 in equity financing. The financing consists of 1,000,000 shares of the Company's 144 restricted common stock priced at $0.50 per share. The company plans to use the proceeds from this financing for general corporate purposes and to fund a major new business initiative.

The Company expects to complete an additional $5,000,000 in financing. Details will be disclosed upon completion of the financing.
