Another thing that will send your dired-do-query-replace-regexp
session crashing off the rails: if you happened to be reading one of
the marked files in (readonly) view-mode.
Sometimes having been derailed in the middle of a query-replace
session means the user has to do a lot of decisions over especially if
he is a beginner and starts again at the top...
Therefore: how about warning that some of the buffers to be
query-replaced are in read-only mode before we start, at least.
I hit SPC many times... then hit ! ... <kaboom> on the 18th file the
party ended, with 10 files left to go.
