goto-addr.el feature request (and commentary buglet)

It would be nice if a value of nil for goto-address-fontify-maximum-size
meant to not use a maximum size limit at all.  If you want, I can
contribute a patch, but it's a trivial change (change the defcustom and
edit code in a single place).  My copyright papers are on file, but
perhaps only for MH-E.  I can change that.

Additionally, please remove the following from the commentary:

;; To use goto-address in a particular mode (for example, while
;; reading mail in mh-e), add something like this in your .emacs file:

;; (add-hook 'mh-show-mode-hook 'goto-address)

It isn't true for MH-E anymore.  See `mh-show-use-goto-addr-flag'.
Perhaps someone can contribute an example for rmail?
