will be responded to the next business day.

CHECKOUT METHODS:  pbMANIA offers a simple checkout method thruogh our auction 
management software.  You will receive a Winning Bidder Email from us that 
includes a checkout template or you can go directly to www.andale.com and use 
the checkout link on the homepage.  No matter which option you choose, DO NOT 
forget to include shipping and tax, if applicable, in your calculation.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS / TOTAL COSTS?

FOR U.S. SHIPPING: There IS a link in each auction page that will allow you to 
caluclate exact shipping using your zip code. Shipping costs will be given to 
you right there through the link. OUR SHIPPING CALCULATOR IS PROVIDED BECAUSE 
YOU WILL NEED TO DETERMINE SHIPPING DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS. INSTEAD OF A 
FIXED FEE WE SAVE YOU MONEY WITH EXACT SHIPPING. WE ASK THAT YOU USE THIS TOOL 
TO AID YOU IN CHECKOUT!!! Total cost of your item is shipping & handling + 
winning bid + optional insurance as provided in checkout. It is the winning 
bidders responsibility to complete checkout with shipping included! To access 
the shipping calculator for your item please refer to the auction's item 
description in eBay and see the section that refers to shipping.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTES:Please send your shipping request to 
auctions@pbMANIA.com. Please include the following information: item(s) you are 
bidding on (or have won), preferred timeframe of delivery (Regular, Next Day, 
etc.) and your FULL address. You will receive a shipping quote shortly.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING? Yes, multiple orders are combined into one invoice 
with one reduced shipping cost.

CAN I PURCHASE SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT IS ON AUCTION? We cannot modify or 
sell items through eBay that are not on auction or different than the auction 
listing, including upgrades.

DID YOU RECEIVE MY PAYMENT? You will receive an email when your payment is 
received and when it is cleared in our system. For clearance, this means a 24hr 
wait on any CC transaction, Paypal payment or MO deposit as well as a 7-day 
wait on personal checks.

COLOR & SIZES: Item colors and sizes are listed in the item descriptions below 
the item photo. If the color is not listed you will receive the same item shown 
in the item photo.

SHIPPING: We ship UPS with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email the 
evening your new item is shipped. Your product will leave our warehouse 
approximately 5-10 business days after we are notified of your payment 
clearance and you have successfully completed ANDALE CHECKOUT.

WHAT COMES WITH MY GUN? WARRANTY? All guns include some spare parts and a 
manufaturer's warranty. Batteries and chargers are included in ALL Spyder 
eMarkers and Trigger frames. Everything in the description of a complete 
package is included in that package. All warranties are provided and serviced 
by the manufacturer of the purchased product. Action Fanatics, Inc. does not 
provide product warranty's.

CAN YOU PRICE THIS PACKAGE OUT FOR ME? Due to so many requests, we cannot meet 
all of them. We suggest going to our eBay store and piecing together a package 
that best meets your needs.

IS ITEM “A” COMPATABLE WITH ITEM “B”? Our best reference to answer this 
question is to refer to the manufacturers website or a resource such as 
www.warpig.com Most Spyder parts are compatible with Rebel and Piranha markers.

WHAT CONDITION IS THIS ITEM IN? We are an authorized paintball dealer in SW PA 
and only deal in new, factory direct paintball products. WE DO NOT TRADE!

CAN WE MAKE A DEAL? OR WILL YOU SELL THIS TO ME, I DID NOT MEET THE RESERVE? We 
do not sell items that do not meet the reserve. Since eBay does not register 
the auction as being won by a bidder they prohibit the sale of the item on the 
side. Any seller or buyer caught doing this can be suspended indefinitely from 
eBay and we would rather not take that chance.
