Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
With TeX input method typing `\searrow' inserts a south-west arrow
(\swarrow) and typing `\swarrow' inserts a south-east arrow (\searrow).
Steps to reproduce: Type `M-x set-input-method TeX' and then
`\searrow' and `\swarrow'.
