Has anyone here heard whether a bug in the gnu emacs version for MS
Windows involving 'unify-8859-on-decoding-mode has been found and if so,
whether it has been fixed in CVS. In fact, is there a cvs version of the
NT emacs sources or will the whole thing be ported again from linux when
the time comes?
