Bug in add-log.el

This is an old problem; there was a fix, but it is not complete
yet.  Please take a look at

Without the ``while'' form, what appears in the ChangeLog
entry will be ``sub_class_2::method'', rather than the desired
``class_1::sub_class_2::method''.
