Yes, thank you very much. BTW, I recommend you remove the (global-font-lock-mode 1) (setq font-lock-maximum-decoration t font-lock-support-mode 'lazy-lock-mode) lines from your .emacs. jit-lock-mode supersedes lazy-lock-mode for some time already and the other settings are default. These settings are, however, not responsible for the behavior you describe.
