I am not an Emacs developer, just a simple end user. I have a fresh
installation from the same(?) .zip and it works fine for me.
Where did you downloaded the install .zip from? It looks a bit strange
for me, since I have emacs-22.1-bin-i386.zip (be aware of "-" instead
of "_"). Did you use http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/emacs/windows/?
How did you "install" it? I made a simple unzip (...) and got C:
\Program Files\emacs-22.1\etc\TUTORIAL fine.
