Gentlemen, we find
C-c C-c comint-interrupt-subjob
C-c C-z comint-stop-subjob
C-c C-\ comint-quit-subjob
But what about
$ stty ...
start = ^Q; stop = ^S;
Apparently there is no corresponding shell-mode bindings for them.
