This is no time. Over the day there are two or three dozen zones that have "7 am." What is your zone's distance to UTC? Or do you know your time zone and whether you have daylight savings time?
Compiled on Tiger, Mac OS X 10.4.11, with sources from around 13:00 UTC Emacs.app works OK. Except: tabbar lets it crash.
