bug#9966: 24.0.90; semantic/srecode : Missing info file

The bzr version of cedet has a info file for srecode.  Can this be
included in Emacs ?

(I don't know how 'much' this sub-package is included in Emacs. I'll
report a couple of bugs anyway. If it's in it should be usable.)
