bug#13651: Emacs pretest 24.2.93

I did

$ tar Jxvf emacs-24.2.93.tar.xz
$ cd emacs-24.2.93
$ ./configure --prefix ....
$ make bootstrap

bootstrap may not be necessary but this shouldn't fail right?
