The bug thread suggests that this bug has been fixed, but it has not.
(Yes, I see that it is still classified as open.)

Just a reminder that it is still broken, as of this build:

In GNU Emacs 24.3.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2013-05-10 on ODIEONE
