Thanks - so as a special case of the improved revert-buffer mechanism in the
next version of Emacs, this bug will be fixed.
I still see it occurring about once a day when checking in a large XML file
which has an svn $Id: $ dropping at the top,
but it's hard to reproduce reliably.
